摘要:
針對滑模觀測器在永磁同步電機無位置傳感器控制系統中存在的高頻抖振、觀測精度差等問題,本文提出了一種改進型滑模觀測器無位置傳感器控制方法。采用雙曲正切函數代替傳統開關函數,推導了基于雙曲正切函數的滑模觀測器轉子位置估算算法,并使用李雅普諾夫穩定性分析方法對系統進行了穩定性分析,得到了進入滑模面的充分條件。使用卡爾曼濾波方法對得到的反電動勢進行濾波處理,并通過鎖相環估算轉子的位置的方法提高了速度、位置觀測精度。最后,通過Simulink平臺搭建了改進型滑模觀測器仿真模型并與開關函數、飽和函數做了對比分析。結果表明:相比傳統滑模觀測器,所提出的改進型滑模觀測器啟動過程更加平穩,并明顯改善了穩態運行過程中的高頻抖振現象。改進后的觀測器具有更高的觀測精度,更強的抗干擾能力及穩定性。
