摘要:
為了準確評估火災事故下船體結構的安全性,基于雙區大渦火災場景數值方法和結構熱力耦合響應分析方法,建立了艙室火災下船體剩余強度分析方法。以一型水面艦船為例,開展了機艙火災場景模擬和火災溫度分析,以熱通量為環境邊界結合熱傳導分析獲得了結構溫度載荷,在此基礎上預報了火災事故下船體剩余承載能力。計算結果顯示:通風條件對于火災發展和溫度分布有著顯著影響,以熱通量為環境邊界結合熱傳導分析可以有效獲得結構溫度載荷,火災高溫導致過火區域鋼材力學性能的折減和剖面應力的重新分布,從而造成船體承載能力的降低。研究成果對于船舶結構抗火設計和火災下船體結構安全性評估具有重要意義。
