摘要:
為了探究船舶艉軸承的支承剛度對推進軸系回旋振動特性的影響,本文利用流體動力潤滑理論,通過求解適用于徑向軸承的Reynolds方程,分析了軸承液膜剛度的動態特性,進而利用有限元方法分析其對軸系回旋振動的影響。研究發現液膜剛度隨軸頸轉速增大呈非線性變化,在特定轉速下會發生波動。軸承設計間隙增大會導致水平方向的剛度增大,而豎直方向的剛度會先減后增。通過ANSYS有限元軟件建立了船舶推進軸系模型,分析艉軸承不同設計間隙對軸系回旋振動的影響。當臨界轉速處于剛度出現波動的轉速范圍內時,發生耦合作用使固有頻率產生影響,為船舶軸承設計間隙選取提供理論依據。
